Hi, I’m Alicyn 👋🏼

I help twenty-somethings figure out money, career, and life skills so they can stop guessing and start feeling confident.

I’m 33, born and raised in Los Angeles, and currently living in Orange County, California. Over the years, I’ve also lived in Florence, Italy, San Diego, Northern California, and Hawaii. Each place stretched me in different ways and shaped how I see the world: curious, adaptable, and always learning.

I grew up as an only child in a loving environment, but like a lot of people, we didn’t really talk about the real stuff. Not the behind-the-scenes conversations about money. Not how to build a career on your own terms. Not how to set boundaries, take care of your health, or navigate relationships without losing yourself.

So I figured it out the long way.
Through trial. Through error. Through Googling at midnight. Through awkward conversations. Through mistakes I wish someone had helped me avoid.

And honestly? That’s why I'm passionate about sharing what I learned now.

My Education & Career Path

My path hasn’t been linear and I’m grateful for that.

• I earned my undergraduate degree in Fashion Merchandising, where I learned creativity, branding, and how industries really work behind the curtain.

• I completed my Master’s in Education, which deepened my love for breaking complex ideas into simple, practical lessons.

• Today, I work in tech helping people grow their businesses and reach their goals — blending strategy, psychology, and systems thinking every day.

Along the way, I also built a successful art business from scratch. I learned how to price products, market online, manage operations, ship physical goods, serve customers, and later pivot into digital education. Running a small business taught me more about money, boundaries, discipline, and resilience than any textbook ever could.

What I Love Outside of Work

When I’m not working or building something, you’ll usually find me:

• Trying new restaurants (food is one of my love languages)

• Traveling — I’m at 29 countries and counting

• Playing with dogs (pls say hi to your dog for me)

• Exploring nature or hiking somewhere new

• Binge-watching a show and fully committing to rot mode

• Visiting theme parks to ride the kiddy rides (but mostly to eat)

I’m equally happy on a plane to another country or curled up inside with takeout and a good series.

Why I Share What I Share

I know what it feels like to:

• Not know what you want to be “when you grow up”

• Feel behind compared to everyone else

• Wonder if everyone got the adulting manual except you

• Be successful on paper but confused internally

• Realize no one ever taught you how to actually navigate money, health, relationships, and career all at once

There’s so much information out there, but very little of it is organized, practical, and actually usable.

That’s why I create resources that are clear, digestible, and easy to come back to. I don’t believe in gatekeeping life skills. I believe in shortening the learning curve so you don’t have to stumble through everything alone.

You don’t need to have it all figured out.
You just need better tools and better conversations.

And if I can be someone who makes this complicated world feel a little more navigable for you, then everything I learned the hard way was worth it. 🤍
